? 职位描述：
1.负责公司客户接待，登记，接转电和信件管理；
2.协助分公司经理的各项工作和处理其它日常行政事务；
3.做好每次会议记录并电子存档，配合组织公司各种活动和会议；
4.企业文档资料的管理、发放，整理存档；
5.负责公司人事考勤方面档案资料的管理，以及即时更新；
6.负责公司办公用品购买及管理和固定资产的管理；
7.协调会议时间，下发会议通知；
8. 维护公司日常工作的办公秩序，保持办公环境的整洁；
9. 熟练使用公司管理系统BA，及时将资料录入系统，能提供最新报告；
10.去税务局购买发票， 银行打印流水, 支票和发票填写；
11.做财务报表的填写；
12.KPI的报告收集整理；

任职要求：
1.本科学历以上；
2.英文书写流利,普通话标准；
3.工作细致、认真、有责任心；
4.有较强的组织、协调、沟通、人际交往能力；
5.善于沟通且富有团队精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正，服务意识强；
6.熟悉使用word， excel，outlook，办公自动化设备
