岗位职责Responsibilities
1.负责质量体系正常运行督导；
Supervise quality system to be performed properly
2.负责内部质量控制的持续改善推行及质量目标达成跟踪；
Lead continued improvement of quality assurance and monitor achievement status of quality objectives
3.负责管理评审会议及质量分析会议,并提供会议要求的有关资料；
Conduct Management Review meeting and quality analysis meeting, and provide the documents required for relevant meetings;
4.负责组织不合格品评审；
Organize meeting to review and analyze non-conformity product ;
5.负责组织纠正和预防措施的制定、实施和验证；
Organize meeting to define corrective and preventive measures for non-conformity issues, and to ensure proper implementation and proceed verification
6.负责重大原材料质量问题及客户投诉的处理；
Responsible for major quality problems of raw material and customer complaints
7.负责客户及第三方的评审；
Responsible for audit activities requested by customers and third-party;
8. 负责与总部相关的质量沟通。
Communication with the headquarters for the quality-relevant issues.
职位要求Requirements
1. 高分子材料、复合材料或纺织化工专业，5年以上质量管理相关工作经验,3年以上质量经理工作经验；
Diploma degree and above, major in Polymer materials, composite materials or textile chemical engineering,
more than 5 years working experience in quality management;
at least 3 years experience in quality manager or supervisor
Good leadership
2. 掌握检验、测量、试验等过程的技术，熟悉五大手册（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC），了解ISO/TS16949标准要求。
Good experience and knowledge on the techniques of inspection, measurement and test process;
familiar with the five manuals (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC);
understand very well the requirements of ISO/TS16949 standards.
3. 英语熟练，熟悉SAP系统优先；
Good communication skill, and excellent English ( oral and written );
Familiar with SAP is a plus.
4. 熟悉本行业品质检验标准优先；
Familiar with the quality standards of insulation material is a plus.
