工作职责:

- 负责新产品报价及项目可行性分析, 包括模具结构分析，工艺制定，表面处理等工艺价格提供。
Responsible for new RFQ quote and new product feasibility analysis, including tooling structure analysis, process definition, mould and surface treatment price providing。

- 面对客户并与其有效沟通，定义项目相关标准并检讨和解决开发阶段的技术问题.
Face to client and communicate with them efficiently, define the related standard and solve the technical problem during project development stage.

- 组织召开项目启动会议，制定项目计划，包括时间节点，成本控制和提交期限；完成APQP文件。
Organize project kick off meeting, making project development plan, including timeline, cost analysis and milestone, making PPAP documents.

- 与团队成员对项目进程、问题和风险进行有效沟通和管理,以确保项目按计划顺利进行.
Managing project progress, issues and risk with team member to ensure the project development smoothly.

- 样品及PPAP文件的收集, 提交，确保及时拿到客户书面的承认报告并转入量产。
The FAI samples and PPAP documents collecting, submission, make sure to get the final approval on time and transfer to MP.

- 良好的协调和沟通能力.与客户、供应商和项目团队保持良好的关系。
Good lead ship and communication skill, good relationship with client, supplier and project team.

- 工程经理分配的其它任务。
Other tasks assigned by engineering manager.


任职要求:

- 本科及以上，材料，模具或机械相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, Material, Tooling or Mechanical major.

- 至少5年以上工作经验及3年以上项目管理工作经验(有外企工作经验者优先).
At least 5 years work experience and 3 years project management experience (worked for foreign based company is a plus).

- 具有两年以上模具设计，机加经验或相关领域的专业背景者优先考虑。
More than 2 years mould design, machining experience or similar background is an advantage.

- 熟悉压铸工艺及后处理工艺，有丰富的锌铝合金产品表面处理经验。
Be familiar with die-casting (Zn/Al) and finishing process, with enough surface treatment experience on Zn/Al parts.

- 熟悉TS16949，精通APQP，PPAP等五大工具。
Be familiar with TS16949, skillful at APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP.

- 具有良好的英语读写能力,熟练使用PRO/E,AUTOCAD,POWERPOINT，PROJECT等软件。
Good English skill both oral and writing, familiar with PRO/E, AUTOCAD, POWERPOINT，PROJECT etc software.

- 具有良好的，积极主动的工作态度，出色的协调能力和组织能力.
Good work attitude and motivation, excellent ability with coordination and organization.
