1. 2年跨国公司相关工作经验,(工程或售后服务方面)
2. 良好的统计、分析技巧及解决问题的能力
3. 快速学习及危机意识

5. 有耐心及团队合作意识
外语水平:流利的英语读写能力, 良好的口语表达能力可优先考虑
年龄要求:28-35 岁 (优先考虑已婚)
工作职责:
1. 及时快速的通过电话、传真、邮件等沟通方式,处理客户的要求及询问r;
2. 负责客户的相关服务(客户报价及跟踪维护、客户销售预测及订单、订单跟踪、售后
发票全程服务as directed by direct supervisor for intra-divisional, domestic,
and international Customers, I/E survey)
3. 配合销售团队和其他部门,在生产和运输环节提供高品质的商品和服务
4. 按照公司标准和客服准则处理客户投诉
5. 负责与客户及供应商的沟通工作,根据客户的最新发展情况在公司内部服务器或ERP
上持续更新客户相关资料;
6. 根据ISO程序要求使用最新标准格式并持续更新数据 (e.g. Specification sheets,
Sample Cards, etc.)
7. 协助客户经理及市场部完成公司整体目标及领导交代的其他任务。
教育程度 Education:
College education above, major in Logistics, trading or similar;
相关经验Professional Experience:
1. 2 years relevant experience in multinational Co., on Engineering or Service function
2. Statistics, analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills
3. Quick learning and sense of urgency
4. Good communication skills
5. Patient and strong teamwork spirit
外语水平 Language required:
Fluent English in reading, writing, good oral English is preferred
年龄要求 Age range:
28-35 years (married better)
主要任务 Key Tasks:
1. To respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and e-mail communication ) in a timely manner;
2. Responsible for Customer-related services (pricing verification/maintenance, Customers forecast & PO, PO follow up, invoicing through services after sales as directed by direct supervisor for intra-divisional, domestic, and international Customers, I/E survey)
3. To coordinate with Sales team and other functional Dept. in the production and delivery of quality goods and services
4. To handle Customer complaints according to the Co. procedures and service standard
5. To communicate with Customers and Vendors regarding the latest development of the Customers and maintain updated Customer profile information (on the LPAC server and or ERP)
6. To use the updated standard forms and to maintain updated record as required by ISO procedures (e.g. Specification sheets, Sample Cards, etc.)
7. Assist the AM and Marketing D. to achieve team and Co. objectives and for other specific detailed tasks
