岗位职责：

1、从事一手住宅购房等咨询服务工作，促使双方成交，完成整个交易过程；
2、工作内容包括意向客户实地看房、谈判签约等流程；
3、与客户及业主建立良好的关系并定期维护关系；
4、及时获取市场信息，保证第一时间掌握房产动态；
5、5-10个人团队管理

任职要求：

1、具有良好的服务竞争意识，沟通能力强，英语口语精通；
2、勤奋、耐心、自信、理解力强，富有团队精神；
3、能够熟练运用Office软件；
4、具备一年以上商用物业租赁经验者优先；
5、具有一年以上电话销售经验；


薪资福利待遇：

1、 薪资(底薪+提成+补贴)
底薪2500--3000+高提成+分成+业绩奖励+各类考核奖励+补贴+年终奖

2、带薪培训（可享受一对一培训包括发网、带看、谈判）
