Job Description:

Direct Manage manufacturing, engineering, logistics and quality department to attain company goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements.
1. As a new company, to prepare products and equipment transfer from overseas
2. Manage SOP, plant layout and planning
3. Responsible for the manufacturing process, safe and clean environment.
4. Evaluates steps in manufacturing to eliminate waste, control cycle time and implementation of lean enterprise.
5. Hold continuous improving activities for products, equipment, work methods etc.
6. Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;
7. Recruit, guide, train, evaluate and motivate employee of to achieve the operations target with high safety, quality and efficiency.
8. Research and implement the advanced manufacturing technology, optimize manufacturing process (equipment, tools, fixture, etc.) continuously to upgrade the manufacturing ability and efficiency.
9. Participate in the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly.
10. Lead and develop the team within an Business Excellence for Manufacturing environment, making use and developing of methods and tools like lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma Kaizen etc.

Requirement:
1. Mechanical or Engineering majors, bachelor degree or above
2. 10+ years manufacturing working experience

3. Pressure vessel industry experience is preferred, with pressure vessel production knowledge, and knowledge of welding is preferred.

4. Excellent ability of hands on and leadership
5. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and good team spirit.
6. Solid knowledge and experience of Lean manufacturing, project management, 5S & EHS regulations.
7. Be target oriented and self-motivated
8. Ability to construct and implement an effective working system
9. Fluent in English
