职位描述
Report to: Customer Service Assistant Manager
Subordinates: Customer Service Officer
1. Develop and implement best practice customer service standards, assure the company customer service policies are fully implemented.
2. Closely work with the Area sales team in executing customer services which includes but not limited to orders, deliveries, project bidding, inquiries and complaints.
3. Monitor & Carry out daily operations on sales order handling, order confirmation, delivery scheduling, shipment follow up, claim handling and documentation filing , etc.
4. Confirm customers with appropriate delivery schedule and shipments. Handles with customers complaints/return and sample requests.
5. Work with Area sales team for the project bidding documents preparation and timely submission.
6. Ensure customer orders are updated in company system and customer service management system on time and accurate.
7. Maintain customer master database and pricing information in system.
8. To monitor customer credit limit and assist Finance to collect the AR from customers.
9. Maintain the ISO procedures of Customer Service, carry out the Customer Satisfaction Investigation requested by the procedure.
10. Act as the team leader to do general coordination with other teams or departments, be the backup when the Customer Service Assistant Manager or the Officers is out of the office.
11. Make the relative monthly and weekly sales reports for the management.

2. More than 5 years CS experience with 2 years at supervisor level
3. Male is preferred
4. CET 6 or above
5. Good command of English and computer. Can work under pressure. Responsible and Initiative. Positive in the interfaces with other functions.
