岗位职责：
? mprove expectations and accountability systems for hourly and salaried mfg. employees.

? Conduct formal analysis of long term production capacities, anticipate problems and recommend actions.

? Lead Mfg. Team to review performance against budget in unit cost, productivity, efficiency, output, quality, safety: and recommend specific actions/plans to meet or exceed budget. Submit monthly written report on performance to General Manager and Plant Manager along with recommended actions.

? Represent interests of Manufacturing and nurture good communications & relationships throughout the shirring factory.

? Prepare Manufacturing capital and operational budgets and staffing requirements on a yearly basis.

? Production team building and optimization.

? Production team members daily work regularly.

? Maintenance control: lower down cost, prepare orders.

? Good relation with suppliers.

? Daily/weekly/monthly production checking list, planning and regular daily/weekly/monthly checking.

? Support and or develop improvements to communication, data and scheduling systems.

? Conduct, coordinate and or facilitate process improvement projects focused on improving productivity.

? Communicate and apply all company policies.

? Other tasks assigned by superior

岗位要求：
? Bachelor’s degree with Food, Mechanical/Chemical/ Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related major

? Minimum 8 years of production relevant experiences in the MNC, with 3 years in a chief’s position, food industry production experience is a preferable

? Proactive, hardworking and can work under pressure

? Good command of written and oral English

? Strong leadership and good team player.
