职位描述
岗位职责范围
1. 安装与维保员工的岗位培训
2. 开发，管理与培训安装分包队伍
3. 制定安装与维保程序文件（制度，激励…）
4. 制定维修保养流程卡
5. 旧梯改造
6. 产品调试与技术支持
7. 制定区域，分公司年度业务计划
8. 汇总，分析与跟踪分公司业务计划的完成（安装与维保）
9. 协助区域与分公司安装与维保业务的完成
10. 维保关键客户的管理（大客户）
11. 与总部相关部门的协调
12. 制定安全操作规范与安全培训
招聘条件（资历，经验，学历…）
1. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力
2. 熟悉和清楚维保与安装业务的过去和现状
3. 在电梯公司至少工作过10年以上
4. 在安装与维保领域至少工作过5年以上
5. 管理过分公司，或安装和保养队伍，或总部的安装或维保部门工作，至少3年以上
6. 大专学历以上，本科学士学历优先
7. 机械或自动化专业
8. 熟练操作计算机办公软件
9. 外资电梯公司经历优先
10. 年龄：35-48岁
