Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree required; or advanced degree (preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration (or other related field)

2.More than 6 years experiences of Information Technology responsibility including the implementation and management of Oracle EBS ERP applications.

3.Family with business key process like, order to cash, purchase to pay, inventory management, demand management and general accounting, and understand how to integration business process owner with Oracle EBS and our company process together to improve company operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1.Plan/control required outsourcing partners, department staffing, hardware/software acquisitions, and facilities to ensure consistency with and support of the corporation's business plans.

2.Sets departmental goals in line with company goals

3.Plan/control required outsourcing partners, department staffing, hardware/software acquisitions, and facilities to ensure consistency with and support of the corporation's business plans.

4.Establish and standardize Chinese IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to assure effective and consistent information processing, to safeguard the information resources, and maintain consistency with Corporate IT Policies.
