Requirements:
-Bachelor or Above of engineering or business administration
-8 plus years working experience in relevant area, 5 plus year supply chain management experiences
-Familiar with Lean manufacturing, JIT, 5S, ISO9001 & ISO 13485 standards
-Preferable with Oracle experience
-Good commend of English both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
-Supervise the Supply Chain function of Invacare China Operations (management of people, performance appraisal, reporting, etc…);
-Monitor stocks of components, raw material & finished goods, by providing updated and relevant indicators;
-Deliver to production dept, on due time, components & raw material needed;
-Deliver to customers, on due time, products according to orders;
-Control the inventory balance to a reasonable level;
-Arrange manufacturing schedule according to customers demands;
-Optimize the work process;
-Improve supply chain management through lean manufacturing program;
-Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management;
-Ensure the accuracy of daily running result of Oracle system, and maintain all records follow procedures;
-Monitor inventory level and improve on time delivery to both internal & external customers
-Secure compliance to China custom regulations
-Keep good communication with supplier for grasping the update status;take the regular performance review & evaluation;
-Set up supplier base management system;
-Ensure the accuracy of daily running result of Oracle system, and maintain all records follow procedures;
-Develops workforce planning for the Department on a mthly and yearly basis
-Coordinate with both supplier & production team to promote JIT material management and control inventory in a safety and reasonable level improve ITO continuously.
