职位描述
？ Partners with the site management team to manage the HR operation of the facility
？ Manages overall organizational capability at the manufacture site in order to build an organization that meets objectives
？ Leads the HR function which may include of the following: recruitment, training and development, employee relations and retention, HR compliance and Administration
？ Leads the HR function in order to build a high performing organization
？ Be Responsible for developing, implementing, and administration of specialized company programs
？ Provides coaching, counsel, guidance and training to all levels of management including performance management, talent review, employee development and succession planning
？ Leads recruitment efforts for Site
？ Involved on a daily basis with business and operational leadership with executing plant/business strategies and tactical plans
？ Regularly dealing with local labor official for annual inspection and labor related communications;
？ Deal with potential union related issues
？ To deal with social benefit officials with all social benefit related issues for Nantong staffs;
？ Work together with admin. department to run smoothly incl. staff canteen, dormitory, shuttle bus
? Solid HR Knowledge in labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, employment practices, employee development, and training with a working knowledge of operations
? 10 years HR experience including at least 5 years management experience at a Manufacturing facility
? Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
? Ability to coach employees through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
? Good software skills including experience with SAP, Access, MS Office and Excel
