Job requirements
1.Batchelor Degree in Chemistry or related major.
2.At least eight years in responsible and managerial role in manufacturing and/or operations
3.Proven success in operational excellence
4.Proven experience in multinational/multicultural environments
5.Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
6.Proactive, highly energetic and results oriented; willing to be held accountable and deliver on results
7.Ability of understanding and managing complex operations activities
8.Excellent people management skills; ability to lead, energize and motivate the team
9.Intimate understanding of business processes
10.High Social competency, ability to build networks, strong teamwork
11.Mature personality, credibility across functions
12.Proven communication skills, excellent conflict management.
Job Responsibilities
1.Follow the company’s EHS rules, participate the company’s activities on EHS training and drill. etc.
2.Introduce the EHS policy and all the measurement indicators to team member.
3. Manage the continuous improvement activities in SuZhou factory, and successfully accomplish goals consistent with business needs and objectives.
4. Works closely with the SuZhou operation team to initiate and drive excellence in process management for purpose of productivity and cost improvement, customer service improvement and business growth.
5. Building the culture of continuous improvement in SuZhou factory with an underlying philosophy of operational excellence, defined by highest quality, shortest cycle times, and lowest cost.
6. Coordinate with R&D department for the long term techinical improvements
7. Identifies and seeks the potential opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring activities are aligned with key business objectives.
8. Holds WCM training to employees including initiate pilars, pilot and Kaizen projects, monthly/yearly cost savings
9. Coaches and mentors WCMteams, ensuring the team achieve the project goals in a certain timeline.
10. Initiate and involves in other continuous improvement activities.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
