Requirement:

College or university degree or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in inbound operation position
1;Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
2;Excellent written and verbal communication skills team work
3;5 years related working experience
4;Familiar with China Customs and CIQ laws and regulations.
5;Customs brokerage certificate is preferred.

Responsibility:

1;Inbound operation.
2;EQ & spare parts outbound non-routine operation.
3;Scrap materials outbound operation.
4;Import/export license & certificate application..
5;Prepare reports and performance documents;
6;Inbound billing verification .
7;Identify and record any problem relating to product, process and quality system;
8;Analysis of current processes within GL to provide process improvement.
9;Project management.
10;Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
