职位描述：

1;Perform system transaction for VMI hubs stock movement needs in SAP and make sure the system operated correctly.
2;Daily shipment planning to hub from PCP for GPU parts without delay
3;Weekly inventory variance checking bases on data which pulls from SAP & VMI website & INCA
4;Work with SAP EDI team and VMI hub coordinator to analyze and resolve stock variance for GPU & CPU parts in needs
5;Monthly worldwide pull back schedule for VMI hubs to meet stock management requirement. Just like materials aging over limited and no customer demand.
6;Perform system transaction for VMI hub pull back in SAP & INCA
7;Follow through on credit memo for duplicated billings and necessary system transaction is needed
8;Monthly SOX report preparing for all VMI hubs as required.
9;Follow up on auditor requests for proof/trace shipment and inventory cycle count to VMI hubs
10;Identify and record any problem relating to VMI hub , do analysis of current processes to provide continuous improvement.
11;Compliance with 5S / EHS requirements.
12;Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
