Main responsibilities:

· Service all IFS users in Asia to trouble shooting and solve IFS issues

· Create, update and optimize local IFS report and crystal report to improve users’ work efficiency

· Develop and optimize business processes in IFS system according to business development requirements

· Configure and trouble shoot IFS application servers

· Maintain 2X Environment

· Prepare User manual and relate technical document

· Training and improve end users IFS skills

· Be responsible for user IFS accounts management, including creating new accounts, modifying user permissions

· Be responsible for IFS project implement and improvement

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

· Degree in Computer Science or related subject (mandatory)

· Have good knowledge of ERP systems

· Be familiar with IFS system vs. Business Processes

· Some knowledge of PL/SQL queries

· Some knowledge of Crystal Report development

· Terminal server maintenance experience is preferred

· Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS and network system

· Good knowledge of Network/performance monitoring

· Good English skills, written and Oral

· Good communication skills

· Responsible, serious, honest and excellent service concept
