职位描述：
1.Create project plans and drive cross-functional teams to complete projects within required timeline
2.Project controlling template initiating, includs WBS, meeting and reporting, checklist of technical and non-technical items
3.Communicate project status to all appropriate parties on a regular basis.
4.Ensure continual management and development of Project Team to advance company efficiency and technology profile;
5.Follow up any activities, report progress, alarm risks according to project schedule
6.For specific product, check output of activities, any mistake or missing, request corrective and preventive actions from project team members
7.Change management, risk management template prepare, call up meetings, evluate risks, follow up and report timely
8.Performance evluation for project members, projects tasks and subproject tasks
9.Team motivation and management, award and punish if needed

岗位要求：
1. Above 5 years related working experience in manufacturing company of electronic or Mechanical, telecommunication is perfer, among which 3 years project management experience is required;
2.Bachelor degree with Engineering background
3.Having the experience in RF industrial is preferred
4.Strong leadership and teamwork spirit
5.Good at communciation and problem solving;
6.Good knowledge of quality standards
7.Strong management skills, including the ability to lead meetings to arrive at consensus decisions
8.Self driven and Work independently
