责任范围 Areas of Responsibilities

? 维护和持续改进公司的质量（ISO9001）体系和EHS（ISO14001，OHSAS18001）体系管理系统，达到绿色、安全工厂的要求
? 协调各个部门，持续改进公司质量体系和EHS体系, 从而保证所有的体系要求、行动方案得到及时的实施；
? 负责编制各类审核计划和审核报告，并按照要求定期的汇报体系的运行情况，提出进一步的改善行动方案，确保行动方案得到及时的实施，符合目标、指标的要求；
? 跟踪KPI, 目标、指标的实施；
? 搜集、对照、评价法律法规的符合性，并采取响应措施，从而保证法律法规的符合性；
? 组织所有环节的风险、影响度的评估，并采取响应措施，保证风险受控；
? 对重要活动采取必要的措施、方案： 如危废的管理、急救、应急预案等；
? 特殊/高风险工种、活动的识别、全方位的管理计划；
? 与相关方进行沟通协调 ，从而达到需求得到识别、对策；
? 主导外部审核，保证他们满意我们的EHS 管理系统；
? 对相关因素的识别保证并证明相关因素的参数已经完全得到控制；
? 全员必要培训的计划、实施，从而达到全员对公司的目标、指标、规定的了解、执行，提高全员的意识；
? 各种事件的调查、行动方案的制定、实施，鼓励员工对未遂事件的识别、报告；
? 保证各种相关证书的有效性
? 提供各种信息的咨询，法律法规的解释，各类事件的建议；
? 主管安排的其它工作

? Maintain and improve the current EHS System(（ISO14001，OHSAS18001）) to meet the continue improve requirement to achieve the target of green and safety plant.
? Coordinate the each department to complete the planed action plan on time.
? Running the activity to ensure all the approved procedure and process in place and have been implemented and achieve the target.
? Plan and take the action plan to internal audit and ensure all these findings has been improved on time to prevent the risk happen. overall review to the internal audit and issue the internal audit report
? Tracking and take the action to KPI, ensure meet the target.
? Collect, compare and evaluate the regulation from the government and the law and take the action place, to ensure all of these items have been followed up and meet the target. Renewal them in time and take the action to ensure meet them.
? Carry out the risk assessment to each process and take the preventive action, ensure these action in place and be followed up
? Handle the action plan to hazardous waste, fire control, first aid, working permission, emergency Plan etc.
? Define and assessment to special type of work or activity,and give the overall management plan, tracking these action under the control, higher risk activity &process are same action also
? Communication with the correlative party to know each others and take the activity against these communication.
? Hand the external audit, such as 3rd party, notify body etc, meet the customer requirement , ensure they are satisfaction with our EHS system has been controlled well.
? Define and launching the necessary monitor parameter to the EHS requirement.
? Carry out the necessary training to ensure all the employees to understanding these procedure and improve their mindset.
? Hand the incident investigation and prevent accident happen, encourage the employee to highlight and share the near miss, and take action plan to all these incident.
? Ensure the availability to these relevant certificates
? Give the suggestion or consult to colleague
? Documentation control
? The arrangement from his/her supervisor.
资历要求 Training Requirements:
Ideally engineering degree qualified, experience of inspection and quality assurance technique

? 3年以上在机械行业跨国公司相关的工作经验，理工类本科
? 熟知EHS相关的各种法律法规
? 持有国际知名机构培训合格的内审员资格证
? EHS或ISO9001体系建立、主导经验更好；
? 良好的沟通技巧
? 基本的英语口语、书写经验
? 3+years similar experience at least in multinational corporation in machinery plant , bachelor degree in engineering 。
? Familiar with the EHS regulations and laws
? Keep the EHS internal auditor certificate from the national consultant
? The experience of EHS system/or ISO9001 setup in marine area is plus.
? Good communication skill.
? Basic English skill in writing and oral.1.
专业知识 Special Knowledge:
1. ISO9001, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 standard and application, English language.
2. Basic products knowledge(assembly, function, manufacturing etc)
3. Basic law & regulation knowledge.
