1)Work with globlay project team to understand the project target,global project plan,project milestone

2)Work with the global project team to finish the cooler design as customer request,review the technical process
to make sure the productin,supplier chain in China can fulfill the design requirement
2)与全球项目团队合作按照客户要求完成产品设计，评审工艺流程确保设计的产品符合中国工艺流程
3)Take lead of the new project when transfer in China,make the internal project plan,milestone,
have the weekly project meeting to planning,implement,verification，report the project status to the management
3)项目转移后，制定新项目的公司内部项目计划，项目里程碑，组织项目成员定期开会，跟踪项目的实施进度,报告项目进度，
确保项目按照计划执行
4)Participate in the global project meeting,feedback the project status and diviation
4)参加全球项目会议，汇报项目状态/偏差
5) Provide the technical support for the supplier,make sure that the supplier understand which measurement is critical.
5) 负责提供供应商技术支持，确保供应商理解图纸
6) Prepare the in-house technical documents to make sure the in-housing quality， sourcing ，productgion team know the standard
and the techncial requirement

7) Coordinate with related department/VaDK team to solve the drawing/technical issues.

1)Mechnical Engineering major,Bachor degree above
1)机械工程专业，本科以上学历
2) Two or more years of mechanical design experience,design experience on cooling product is a plus
2)两年以上机械设计工作经验，有制冷产品设计经验者尤佳
3)Have 3 years experience of project management
3)至少有两年项目管理工作经验
4)Have the experience of lean manufacture and process control，familiar with PPAP,FMEA etc
4)具有精益生产以及过程控制经验，熟悉PPAP，FMEA等质量控制文件
5)Good command of English, read, write and speak
5)英语读，写，听，说能力俱佳
6)Good coordination skill and pro-active，a good team-worker
6)具有很好的协调能力，做事积极主动,具有团队精神
7)Familiar with assemlby,welding,casting,sheet metal,machining etc technical process
7)熟悉装配，焊接，铸造，钣金，加工等工艺过程
