Responsibilities:
1.HSE management
1) As a management representative of Health, Safety, Environment and Security management System.
2) Implement Health, Safety, Environment and Security management System.
3) Propose health, safety, environment and security objectives for the whole company as well as all departments covered by these systems of the company and monitor their performance.
4) Monitoring and improvement of corporate KPI's.
5) Establish regular update and implement company general safety and emergency response manual, and regular exercise.
6) Conduct regular site tour for HSE inspection, and inspection for emergency system.
7) HSE meeting.
8) Regularly collect available legal requirement, and identify it, ensure to comply all legal requirements.
9) Provide relevant HSE training for employees.
10) MSDS control.
2. Internal and external audit
1) Responsible for Corporate HSE audit and customer survey.
2) Implement environment audit for key suppliers.
3. Miscellaneous function
1) Contribute to development of HSE policy.
2) Liaise with certification body and relevant government offices related to health, safety & environment management.
3) Support expansion project in terms of HSE requirement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience on health & safety, environment management.
2. Minimum 3 years' management experience
3. University or above education background
4. Very good communication and presentation skill
5. Good leadership and collaboration skill
6. Customer orientation
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
8. Good skill in PC including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
