Job descriptions ：

1.Handle daily 3D&8D customer complain

2.To maintain customer field defective DPPM &improve internal out going quality assurance DPPM

3.Effectively control all products golden samples

4.Monthly report on quality system audit& implement including customer complaint analysis& production line effective ca 8 implementation
