职位描述
Position Purpose
- Support on “weekly status report”
- Support on Monthly project update
- Support on Quarterly Access update
- Support on resource and workload
- Support on task distribution
- Support on Department meetings
- Support on Manager on Global assignments
- Support on Department activities
Major Tasks
1. Use various tools for project planning and sprint following such as:
? Assist on project planning in Microsoft Project
? Assist on weekly and monthly status reports in Microsoft Excel
? Support on weekly updates of deliverables and curves.
2. Support Product Technical Responsible on project management works such as internal procedures implementation, cost analysis, finance control, document control, etc.
3. Support on MOM’s and Presentations
4. Support on communicating with cross functional departments, follow up on actions. E.g.;
? PR and PO’s (purchase requests & purchase orders).
? Goods import/export with Logistic.
5. Tasks assigned by Dept. Head.

1. Be able to deal with ambiguity
2. Accountable for own deliverables

Required Qualifications
? Education & required Experience
College or Bachelor degree
Technical background is an advantage
+3 Years of working experience from a global company
? Professional Qualification:
Skilled in MS office, e.g. MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word;
SAP is an advantage.
Expected English level is equivalent to C1 or B2 level on Oxford Online Placement Test
It is an advantage if you have Project Management experience
? Soft Skills：
Extrovert, open and trustworthy with good communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Able to coordinate between different functions
