?You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and preferably a diploma/course in Project Management
Language:
?Excellent English, both oral and written skills.

?At least 3 years relevant experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
?At least 3 years experience with project management

Main Responsibility:
As a project manager in the TCC Automation department you will play a key role to the process of building up special machines and production lines for Grundfos plants all over the world. You are daily coordinating and motivating engineering and assembly teams, and following up on sub suppliers, as well as communicating with customers and stakeholders. You will of coarse focus on budget, schedule and customer satisfaction.
Daily Duties:
?Monthly report to direct manager and internal customers.
?Ensure for the team to keep projects time plan and economy.
?Use internal T3C process as an important tool to ensure equipment quality.
?Motivation of project teams
?Active in problem solving
?Keep target and customer focus
?Together with KAM team in Denmark and the engineering team you will draw up specifications and quotations for new projects.
?Be proactive and systematic to ensure Quality of the projects
?Finish the projects on time with no loose ends
?Handle 1 to 5 projects simultaneously
?Handle projects with external suppliers following our processes
?Deliver global automation projects
