SUMMARY

The Lead Technical Project Integrator is responsible for the coordination of technical activities for projects within the R&D MP organization. The Lead Technical Project Integrator will support the Technical Leader to develop schedule, coordinating and track activities between the different technical groups and ensure successful execution of overall technical aspects of the program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Develop and maintain the cross-functional technical schedule with technical Lead and Design leads
？ Facilitate technical meetings
？ Provide tools to report issues, coordinate activities between teams, define resources gaps and needs
？ Generate and maintain technical dashboard
？ Maintain communication between the various technical teams
？ Communicate updates to project leader
？ Lead Technical task forces upon request
？ Apply project management skills to the planning execution, control and close out of selected project activity streams.
？ Provide Guidance to teams about TxPDP/CCS phases and execution
？ Facilitate technical review meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience

MS degree in Engineering, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Medical industry
Minimum 10 years in product development or equivalent experience is required.
? Three to five years of product life cycle experience in drugs, solutions, or medical packaging products.
? Three to five years of experience within one or more of the following: medical product development, manufacturing, sterility assurance, Protocol/report and specification writing, product surveillance, other life cycle management activities.
? Understand current Good Manufacturing Practices, able to work with products in a regulated environment; understand the key regulatory and quality drivers for products.

Technical skills

？ Good English both written and spoken.
？ Ability to challenge teams and coordinate large cross-functional teams
？ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
？ Ability to foster excellent cross-functional working relationships and build successful teams across global functions.
？ Knowledge of MS Office.
？ Knowledge of ProChain MS Project or other scheduling software
？ Strong organization skills: project management skill set, develop project plans, schedules, tracking actions and closing issues across multiple functions.
