Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering;
Project management training (or comparable know-how);
Project management experience in the industry of Mechatronic systems or equipment
Strong preference: Business-to-business experience in Semiconductor, Solar or Medical industry;
Strong preference: affinity with Manufacturing Technology (machining, sheet metal, assembly, testing & qualification);
Affinity with Supply Chain Management (logistics, purchasing, shipping);
Hands-on experience with respect to international standards & regulations applicable to product design, manufacturing and installation;
On-site experience at customer sites;
Experience in managing complex projects.
Fluent in English communication skills with western suppliers, partners, customers;

Responsibility:
Managing projects in the field of New Product Introduction and transfer projects (relocation of production). Full project responsibility for Quality, Logistics, Technique and Costs of a project.
