Requirements:
Detailed assembly, testing & qualification experience in the industry of Mechatronic systems or equipment;
Affinity with Manufacturing Technology (machining, sheet metal);
Preference: professional equipment assembly experience in Low Volume – High Mix environment;
Preference: experience with quality improvement tools/programs for assembly techniques and Lean Manufacturing;
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering;
Basic technical English communication skills (writing and speaking) with western suppliers, partners, customers;
Preference: willing to make business trips abroad.


Responsibility:
Responsible for the technical realization of the system or module during FA and R4V projects.
Responsible for smooth and well controlled production process for new products as well running programs (TPD, WI, assembly set-up, Checklits, ECO-process, training and certifying craftsmen);
Technical product owner of defined products and modules (knows: equipment functions, requirements, Critical to Quality aspects, customer engineers);
Leading cost price calculation
Leader for Cost Price and Cycle Time reduction programs.
