任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree and above,majoring in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering.

本科及以上学历，机械或机械工程等专业。

2. 3 years or more work related experience in tooling designing and maintaining area, must have work Tooling or stamping, punching/molding fields and in semiconductor packing company .

具备3年或以上相关模具设计，维护的工作经验，在模具、冲压领域的半导体封装企业工作优先。

3. 3 years and above experience in mold design, must have the semiconductor product experience.

具备3年以上的半导体注塑和冲压模具设计经验，必须有半导体产品经验。

4. Be very familiar with tooling manufacturing, relevant equipment and their processes,and the metal stamping equipment and processes as well.

非常熟悉模具制作、设备以及维护流程以及金属冲压设备和生产流程。

5. Good computer& auto-CAD operation skills, including 3D-diagrams transfer skills, are necessary.

熟练电脑操作技能和AUTO CAD操作技能,包括处理3D图形的转换技能，为必备条件。

6. Communication and coordination skills. Initiatives and creativity.

具备良好的沟通和协调技能；主动性和创新性。

7. Professional confidentiality all the time.

持久的业务保密意识。

职位职责：

1. Evaluate customers requirements and design the moulds or tools designated.

评审顾客要求并设计指派的模具。

2. Make the designing into blue prints .Take care of and Control all the drawings and the relevant documentations.

将设计形成图纸;整理并控制模具图纸及相关文件。

3. Participate in all the technical seminars which are organized by customers, sub-contractors, etc.when necessary.

必要时参加由顾客、分包方和自身参加的技术讨论会。

4. Assist to supervise the tooling manufacturing processes and ensure the processing in the agreement with the designing requirements.

协助监督模具制作过程以确保模具制作与原设计要求保持一致。

5. Assist to settle all the tooling issues coming out from the molding and stamping production processes timely.

协助处理注塑,冲压生产过程中出现的所有模具问题。

6. Provide the relevant technical support in tooling design aspect for molding or stamping depts..

给注塑部门,冲压部门提供相关设计方面的技术支持。

7. Cooperate with quality dept to investigate any quality problem, taking the corrective and preventive actions where necessary and to handle the non-conforming products in the designing unit.

协助质量部门调查质量问题，在设计单元内落实相关整改措施。
