Qualifications:
- Min 6 years’ experience in after sales service, maintenance or technical support.
- Min 4 years’ experience in plastic material handling, injection molding, extrusion or compounding processes. The knowledge of powder application is prefer.
Job Skill
- Can speak and write in English smoothly. Minimal passed CET4.
- Can read the electrical, compressed air and hydro- diagram
- Can use CAD skilled, design mechanical parts and electrical circuit.
- Good experience in installation, commissioning and trouble shooting, etc.
- Good experience in training new colleagues.
- Excellent communication and PR skills.
- Good knowledge of Siemens PLC application.
Personality
- Positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality work.
- Mature, loyal, reliable, tolerant, determined and hands-on.
- Travel up to 50% of working time within the PRC.
- Take responsibility and ownership.
- Willing to work extended hours continuously.
- Good team work spirit and capability in independent.
Computer Skill
- Knowledge of using Autocad for 2D drawing
- Must be versed in the use of MS Office
Job Duties
- Design the best solution to meet the customer’s requirement both technically and economically
- Promote and sell service contract and spare parts.
- Provide technical support to sales and participate in customer meetings.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Applications, Service Support, and customer to ensure system is operational per expectations
- Provide customer feedback for future development or enhancement of our company products.
- Repairing, testing and maintaining loan unit, warehouse and showroom equipment.
- Provide AutoCAD drawing for project and fabrication drawings and equipment utility requirement data for the customers.
- Provide general training to new employees.
- Performs field installation of equipment, operation and maintenance, to include hardware/software maintenance support, in accordance with our customer specifications as directed by service manager or immediate supervisor
- Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair problems associated with our company sold equipment, configuration, and usage.
- Perform in-house or on-site service training for our company equipment.
- Investigate to identify and solve the root cause of customer reported symptoms, and document them in the service report.
- Follow up with customers / OEM to ensure customer / OEM complaints and servicing needs are performed to the satisfaction of the customers / OEM.
- Manage contractual obligations and customer expectations.
- Provide technical support to the sales and application teams and participate in customer meetings.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Applications, Service Support, and the customer to ensure system is operational per expectations
- Provide customer feedback for future development or enhancement of our company products.
- Acts as local on-site representative to customer’s organizations, developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintaining all soft and hardcopies equipment instruction manuals and continue to update the latest manual.
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.
- Provide AutoCAD drawing for project and fabrication drawings and equipment utility requirement data for the customers.
- Controlling servicing tools and testing equipment, maintenance stores and equipment.
- Provides general logistics and purchasing functions,
- Continue self-upgrading on new equipment knowledge and technology.
- As and when, service engineer are required to perform others areas of work within the company.
- Study the manuals or other related information to upgrade the technical knowledge.
- Contact existing customers regularly to get equipment’s status and develop the relationship with customer.
- Help general and junior engineers to improve their technical skill.
- Complete the customer equipment’s database.
