职位描述

－ 负责市场调查与营销 market research and marketing

－ 开展销售及促销业务活动 sales activities and sales promotion

－ 进行产品可行性研究 product feasibility studies

－ 在销售和技术领域与特定客户进行协调与合作 coordination of specific customers on sales and, or technology level

－ 向管理层汇报工作 reporting to the management

－ 实施每周，季度，年度销售计划并与生产部门协调 implementation of yearly, monthly and weekly sales plan and coordinating with production

－ 进行销售报价的准备 sales offer preparation

－ 订单的确认，支付方式及货款的控制 confirmation of orders, payments controlling

－ 物流的成本优化 logistic costs optimization

－ 团队合作， 获取和保存重要的销售报价信息 working in teams, obtaining and saving datas important for sales offers

－ 在工作流程上，与其他员工及外协伙伴相互协作， 以保证公司效率的最大化 cooperation with other employees and outsourced cooperators at working processes analyses with goal to optimized company efficiency

－ 不断地改进客户服务和工作流程工作 continuous improvement of customer services and processes

－ 参与内部的交叉培训，并与其他同事资源共享 implementation of internal training and information sharing with others

－ 参与质量体系管理（ISO 9001， ISO 14001， ISO TS）的发展和实施及内外评审计工作的合作 cooperation at development and implementation of "system quality management" （ISO 9001， ISO 14001， ISO TS）, cooperation with internal/external audits

－ 相关资料文件的制作与归档，公司IT系统的数据录入，评测所取得的销售业绩，并向管理层汇报 generating of necessary documents,archives, inputing datas to company's IT system, measurement of achieved results measurement of achieved results and reporting to the management

－ 做好个人成长，教育，职业规划其他 planning of personal growth, education and profesional progression

－ 完成销售经理安排的其他工作 other activities in agreement with sales manager

岗位要求

－技术工程相关专业专业，熟悉办公软件操作 Bases of Technical Engineering, working with computer, MS office programs

－英语读写熟练 Educated in spoken & written English

－有优秀的交际和合作技能 Cooperative, good verbal abilities
