Responsibity:

Dedicatedly Support Factory Automation & Shop floor related system

IDA, RMS, AWSS, e-TPCR, SPC/MI, Test program auto downloading system are the tie 1 supported system

Report/Query design per user's business requirement

Software vendor support management.

Assist in database support and maintenance

Documentation for above tasks as when necessary Deliver system training to end users other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager



Qualification:

Good service mindset

Familiar with MS SQL 2000/2005 or Oracle database, have knowledge of T-SQL or PL-SQL programming

Familiar with .Net platform and be capable of application design independently, have experience on Web Form and Application Form designing with C# or other computer languages

2 years work experience above on IT application

Good Documentation & communication skill
