Main Requirement:
- Minimum 8 year experiences in electronic manufacturing industry;
- Strong interpersonal relationship,communication and sales skills;
- Strongly self-motivated and result-oriented;
- Strong leadership and team work spirit;
- Proficient in English and Chinese; French as a plus;
- International education background and work experience is a plus;
- Base in Tianjin city; local citizen is preferred;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow the marketing strategy and achieve the regional sales target;
- Initiate and organize the sales activities in the responsive regions;
- Detail yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan and report to marketing department in timely manner;
- Make yearly and quarterly budget plan within the company budget;
- Control the sales expenses within the budget plan;
- Follow the internal sales procedure and update the CRM system in timely manner;
- Work closely with internal team for resolving critical issues and achieve growth of existing accounts;
