Responsibilities:
1.Customer documents analysis and scrubbing
- Receive/download and classify the customer RFQ documents
- Study the documents or sample to check the information sufficiency for quotation
- Scrub and trim customer BOM, turn it into internal format
2.Cost consolidation
- Assign materials to members quotation team according to component type
- Work with relative functions to get material, labor, packing and freight cost
- Consolidate the cost information and work out quotation sheet
3.Engineering query coordination
- Collect EQs from internal team and keep tracking the EQ list
-Communicate with customer on EQ and keep internal team updated for answers
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years with EMS industry. Experience on IE,PE function,
2. Have a thorough understanding on cost structure of PCBA and assembly products
3. Have basic knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing process of PCBA/assembly products
4. Good command of written and spoken English
5. Be sensitive to numbers
6. Have a stable personality
