职位描述:

1, Monitor the daily status of ICR and communication to Service Engineer.

2, Daily follow up of repair service items and communication to customer

3, Take guidance from Expat. Learn the activites as per SOP .

4, Take guidance from Expat & learn product knowledge. Update himself with all latest changes which is helpful for communication to field team. .

5, Monitoring of Service engineer to adhere to the guidelines and SOP of erection process.

6, Service engineer attendance and tracking of their stay at customer to ensure that there is no undue delay at customer due to facilities lacking.

7, Service Engineers assignment tracking as per the matrix plan.

8, Instruction manual, spare parts catalogue and tools list maintenance and Follow up.

职位要求：

- Major in textile from textile university

- more than 2 years experience as CSD supervisor or related work

- Good computer skill on Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good command of English in both written and oral skills;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills especially communication skills;
- Well organized with good sense of time.

- Good in technical aspects
