Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Formulate, implement and improve the customer-related work flow and SOP to help staff work in more efficiency.
2. Complied with PRC ‘s relevant laws and regulations to ensure all the goods are flied and in the agreement with the regulations concerned.
3. Conduct the collection of the balancing management information and regular report as well.Budget control for Customs duties， taxation and balancing expenses control, etc..
4. Coordinate internally and externally to meet customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Establish specific records on accounts to maintain good relationship with customers.
6. Collect and analyze the information or forecasts from customers and report to production department and purchasing department for their reference.
7. Negotiate with customers on Safety Stock Agreement, assist relative department implement.
8. Resolve customer’s emergency issues appropriately.
9. Assist warehouse deal solving slow moving product after communicate with customer.
10. Timely complete the other tasks assigned by superiors, and play supervision roles to lead the Team to reach the relevant goals set up.

Job Requirements & Competencies:
1. College Degree or higher, majoring in Business, Marketing, International Trading, etc. and with some mechanical-related experience preferable.
2. 7- 10 years'related metal stamping corporation work experience in customer service or logistic or supply chain, at least 2 years team lead experience, in foreign-funded enterprises preferable.
3. Excellent English proficiency, speaking/listening/reading/writing.
4. Strong communication skills and team building spirits.
5. Extremely high proficiency with computer operation skills, especially for Excel.
6. Familiar with ERP system, and experience with statistical analysis, database reporting, and application.
7. Familiar with EPZ/Customs procedures, and local and international logistics
8. Good leadership skills and professional confidentiality.
