岗位职责 Responsibilities:

1. 负责公司整个IT环境的日常维护，以现场、电话、邮件、网络远程等方式为用户解决问题及提供咨询

2. 在IT经理带领下实施IT系统集成项目，包括机房建设、网络调试、服务器安装、PC环境设置等；

3. 负责管理和支持Active Directory、DNS、exchange server(2003/07/2010)系统，并提供windows系统、exchange系统

升级维护；

岗位要求 Qualifications:

1. 理工类专科以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，3年以上IT从业经验

2. 具有丰富的企业IT维护经验，熟悉办公局域网的架构和常见的软硬件，能够独立搭建和维护小型办公环境；

3. Windows Server2003/2008/2008R2的AD安装调试维护管理经验；维护管理经验及大型网络应用经验及相关的Windows Server2003/2008/2008R2的AD安装调试维护管理经验；

4. 熟悉SQL Server数据库

5. 具有规划、调整、配置Microsoft Exchange 2010架构及设置；

6. 了解服务器、存储、备份等相关设备和软件，了 解虚拟化技术，有VMware vSphere具体实施经验者优先考虑；

7. 具有扎实的网络基础，了解三层交换、VLAN、防火墙的相关知识，具备Cisco网络设备调试能力者优先考虑； CCNA或CCNP证书优先

8. 熟悉电话系统、打印机等常见办公设备的工作原理和安装设置方式；

9. 熟悉Internet、email系统、域名、网站等运作原理。有一定ERP维护基础的人员优先考虑

10.有良好的语言表达能力与沟通能力，有责任心和团队合作精神

11.学习能力与动手能力优秀，善于思考，勤于改进；

12.形象端正， 品行良好， 吃苦耐劳， 积极进取； 工作耐心有条理，具有良好的客户服务意识；

13.CET4，CET6优先，能够独立撰写英文邮件与报告等，口语流利；

14.能适应短期出差。
