岗位职责：

1、根据公司要求对现有先关客户资料进行整理、分类

2、通过各种渠道结合公司给予的支持开发新的客户资源

3、对已合作和未合作的企业及个人客户进行沟通和维护

4、挖掘潜在客户，有效配合和督促销售部门完成潜在客户的激活和转化

5、每月做出客户分析报表、为销售部门提供真实有效的参考资料

任职要求：

1、五官端正，普通话标准，亲和力强；

2、大专以上学历， 男女不限，会英语或者日语者优先录取

3、具有较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力，具有良好的团队协作精神；

4. 进行有效的客户管理和沟通，了解并分析客户需求，并进行方案规划；
