Responsibility:
- Trained to be equipped with product knowledge and application know-how, organize trainings to our internal colleagues including but not limited to Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service;
- Pro-actively get involved specifically in the approval stage of the product selection and specification to ensure fit in with the customer’s application needs;
- Organize technical resources, e.g., technical Support & Customer Service people to solve all technical issues regarding our products relating to the applications;
- Coordinate the global cross-department efforts, e.g., RD, Production, Quality, Segment Managers, etc., to efficiently solve our product issues feedback internally or externally from our customers;
- Coordinate the global cross-department efforts, e.g., RD, Production, Quality, Segment Managers, etc., to continuously improve our products in terms of quality, performance, and competitive price;
- Provide market-oriented product improvement or change advice by having solid understanding and comprehensive comparison of ours and other similar products in the market for the same application;
- Coordinate Segment Managers to organize application & market analysis and trainings internally or externally in seminars.

Requirement:
1. Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Requires an individual with excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
4. This individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Candidate also needs to be able to effectively prioritize their workload and be able to multi-task.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
7. Conversational English language skills required.
