PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain prices and relevant sourcing information in SAP system, keep close monitor and update, take immediate sourcing actions when needed, to ensure the data in system are available and up-to-date.
• Conduct sourcing activities (RFQ preparation, price analysis and negotiation, source determination, contract making, etc.) according to the sourcing plans.
• Coordinate with SCM teams (domestic / oversea) and suppliers on order / delivery / quality issues, to ensure the smooth operational purchasing process.
• Coordinate with Quality team, Engineering team and suppliers on clarifications of specifications and requirements, to ensure the quality of the sourced materials.
• Prepare and archive the sourcing documents, e.g. vendor creation forms, non-disclosure agreements, frame contracts, etc.
• Work with cross-functional team to participant the sourcing projects, taking leading or supporting function (as required).
• Assess the supply market, identify the potentials and risks, and develop the sourcing strategies and plans with the category leaders.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive for continuous improvement. Work with the category leaders to develop the strategy of supplier relationship management.
• Monitor and report the sourcing status, prepare the KPI report as required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Knowledge, skill & experience required:

· Age 25 – 35

· Bachelor’s degree with engineering background

· Minimum 2 years working experience in sourcing relevant field

· Proficient in oral and writing English

· Capability of reading engineering drawings

· Good interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills

· Good IT skills, familiar with MS Office, experience of SAP operation is preferred

· Open-minded, teamwork oriented, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on attitude

· Ability to interact in a cross-functional and multicultural environment, experience of working in MNCs is a plus

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site.
