职位描述

- Develop packaging instructions for new products in close cooperation with Project department, Production, QC and Order center
开发新产品的包装, 与项目部, 生产, 质量控制和订单中心密切合作

- Support Order center for the handling of small customers orders and their delivery schedule
支持订单中心对于小客户的订单和交货时间表的处理

- Handles the invoices of the external dangerous goods warehouse and forward the invoices to Finance department in time
做好外仓危险品仓库的发票并及时把发票交给财务部门

- Support Purchasing by sorting all purchasing related documents and keep a good filing for them
支持采购的所有采购相关文件, 帮他们整理归档

Special tasks assigned by Logistic Manager
完成物流经理分配的特殊任务

- College degree or equivalent education

大专或以上学历

- Min. 1 year working experience in Logistics, preferably in international manufacturing companies
至少一年物流工作经验, 最好是在国际制造企业

- Fluent Chinese (native) and good English language skills, both oral and written
流利的中文 (母语) 和良好的英语能力, 包括口语和书面, 会德语优先

- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), must be able to create clean and easy to understand documents
