职位描述
Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.机械或相关专业毕业。
Experience: working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit. 工业制造业背景,精通SPC, PFMEA,8D, 控制计划,工序流程,审计等工作
Software Requirement:MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, etc.熟练使用EXCEL,PPT,WORD等软件。
Language(语言要求):?Good English comprehension. 很好的英语理解能力
WORK EXPERIENCE(经验要求)
·Analytical problem solving. 分析和解决问题能力
·Good coordinate skill. 很好的协调能力
·Familiar with TS16949, APQP, PDCA etc 精于TS16949,APQP,PDCD等
·Five years or above work experience, Experience background in Mechanical Assembly/machining in an automotive industry or garden machinery is an added advantage.5年或以上相关经验,有汽车行业或园林器械行业机械组装或机加工背景经验。
工作职责:
2.3.1. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
改进检验、测试的标准和方法
2.3.2. Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the assigned product or component
计划、管理分析、检验、设计、测试等流程以确保产品或部件的质量
2.3.3. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
建立抽样检查流程设计并改进记录表和指导书报告质量数据
2.3.4. Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities
建立一套系统以升级生产设备和检验设备的的精确性
2.3.5. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records
对设计文件进行质量制造评估以使其与供应商的质量要求和公司质量记录的要求保持一致
2.3.6. Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes
通过数据分析的标准程序控制来改进当前流程
2.3.7. Review all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision to accept the product and future purchase from the vendor

2.3.8. Documents data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures

Since our opening ceremony on January 25th 2008, we have grown quickly. We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
