Key Accountabilities

Develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes to assure production, which meet custom­er requirements.
Develop and design tools & fixture according to process and quality requirement
Provides problem-solving support to production team members.
Continuous improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc
Provide manufacturing information and expertise to other departments and teams, such as Procurement, Quality Engineering, Produc­tion Teams, Finance to make improve­ments in: methods of manufac­ture, material requirements and schedules, cost estimat­ing/accounting, and product pricing that will ulti­mately impact customer satisfaction.
Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement
Provide Engineering expertise support to the manufacturing floor by coaching staff operating machines an work instruction.
Perform other duties as required


Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing engineering function in a WOFE. (Has experience in valve industry is preferred)
Master mechanical processing, manufacturing and assembly process
Proficient in mechanical transmission processing technology design and process research, have independently design machining process capability
Proficient in machining technology, familiar with CNC machines or numerical control tool carrier design is a plus
Skills/Ability
Skills in writing process instructions (routings)
Demonstrated ability to use the PC, including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing software from a Windows environment and CAD/CAM.PRO/E, 3D software.
Understanding Quality system requirements
Familiarity with cost accounting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
Demonstrated skill in problem solving techniques, including team problem solving.
Demonstrated oral and written English skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, quick leaner.
Familiar with Lean and 6 Sigma is a plus
