Key Accountabilities
1 Responsible for new product development and application design
2 Coordinating new product’s trial run
3 Maintain items, sourcing rules, BOMs; drawings/engineering/ECN specification management & control
4 Research and design new components using different materials to reduce component failure, cost, and/or improve functional performance
5 Provide engineering expertise to development projects from concept through production
6 Collaborate with international engineers & suppliers for prototyping, sample procurement, testing, and issue resolution
7 Capable of to designing or providing advice and direction to process engineer: jigs and fixtures for new products, tooling,to ensure process can meet requirement with highly quality and productivity.
8 Lead product problem solving and root-cause analysis
9 Provide engineering expertise to supplier development, manufacturing quality analysis and customer request
10 Support QA department on ASME , PED, TS certificate application and audit


Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1 Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Fluid Engineering or related technical field
2 At least 5 years experience in WOFE, experience in valve industry is preferred;
3 Familiar with CAD, 3D software and office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point
4 Proficient with ERP system use and related item/BOM entry tools, familiar with the Engineering BOM and customize products;
5 Must have the ability to gather, research, analyse and make decisions
6 Strong capable of application design concept
7 Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
8 Demonstrated skill in problem solving techniques, including team problem solving.
9 Self-motivated and demonstrate strong communication skill and team work spirit;
10 Good command of oral and written English skills.
11 Familiar with Lean system and 6 Sigma is a plus
