主要职责:
Ensure compliance with SHE Operating System and SHE Operating Procedures according to SHE Corporate Department (planning, SHE manual, procedures, guidelines, and technical recommendations).

根据集团公司SHE要求（计划、SHE手册、流程、纲要及技术建议），确保符合集团SHE运行体系与SHE运行规程；
According to Corporate SHE policy define and insure the SHE management of the plant
根据集团公司SHE政策，确定工厂SHE管理工作并保证工作的顺利实施；

Manage the process of risk assessment and control:
管理风险评估与控制流程；

Ensure regulatory compliance for SHE concerns (Chinese and local laws for industrial plants, transportation, occupational health, etc)
确保SHE符合法律法规（国家及当地关于产业、工厂、运输、职业健康等法律法规）；

Ensure that SHE concerns are taken in account in projects
确保项目中考虑到SHE各项要素；

Collect and analyse near-misses, incidents and accidents
收集并分析未遂事件、事件和事故数据；

Manage local SHE department
管理SHE部门

Ensure SHE communication and communication
确保有关SHE的沟通；

职位必须要求：
BS of Chemical engineering or above
化工专业本科或以上

With certification of Chinese Government SHE engineer
拥有SHE安全注册工程师资质

SHE manager experience at lease 3 years
至少3年SHE经理经验

Work experience of workshop manager, at least for 5 years
至少5年担任车间主管的工作经验

Be accomplished in SHE management system
精通SHE管理体系

Be familiar with ISO and audit
熟悉ISO与审计

Good communication and influence skill
良好的沟通与影响技能

Strength of conviction and ability to be proactive
信念坚定，积极主动

Team player
团队合作精神

Fluent oral and good writing skill in both English and mandarin.
流畅的英语及普通话口语表达和写作
