岗位职责:

1、完成公司下达的内训开发业务指标；
2、通过电话销售等方式，开发新客户资源；
3、跟踪并挖掘客户培训需求；
4、协调公司内部资源为客户提供培训解决方案；
5、维护已成交客户的良好关系,并开展服务营销。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历,25—32岁,男女不限,专业不限；
2、有强烈的进取心,热爱销售工作；
3、表达能力强,逻辑思维清晰；
4、热爱培训行业，能吃苦耐劳，有团队精神和客户服务意识；
5、有培训行业销售工作经验者为佳。
6、有熟练驾驶经验者优先。

薪资待遇：
