岗位职责

根据公司培训发展计划及培训接单状况，设计课前调研与测评表、开发班组长培训课件、讲授班

组长课程，编制辅导计划书，现场辅导客户开展班组现场改善工作，确保客户班组长培训或咨询

需求得到满足，提升班组长现场管理绩效。

工作内容

1、根据班组长课程体系规划，设计课程调研表及测评表，分析客户班组管理现状，制作分析报告，确保课程方案满足客户现状需求；

2、根据客户现状调研及测评结果，设计具有针对性的课件，完善适用的课程案例，为客户提供优质课件；

3、编制课程教案，演练课程，实施现场授课，活跃课堂气氛，确保学员能掌握课程重点，达成预期效果；

4、根据课后评估表，跟踪学员课程转化情况，提供改善建议，并优化后期教材，做好客户课后服务工作；

5、根据1+2课程计划，制定客户辅导计划，辅导客户现场改善，评阅学员课后作业，做好学员上司沟通工作，提升学员实际操作能力；

职业发展

可晋升为资深培训师、教练级培训师、咨询项目经理等；

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，授课经验及生产管理经验丰富者，可大专学历；

2、年龄35岁以上，10年以上制造型企业生产管理工作经验（外企生产经理尤佳），具有6年以上员工管理经验，掌握精益生产管理知识，能从班组长的自我管理、人员管理、精益制造管理三大模块中任选课题实施授课者，优先考虑；

3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，熟练掌握PPT制作技巧；

4、注册企业培训师可优先考虑。
