3. Involve in Order execution process to provide product on time with 100% quality

Technical support to other functions

Implement ETO design based on customer requirement and standards

- Clarify customer requirements and classify the criticality with Marketing, Sales or Customer

- Make electrical configuration and standard mechanical configuration based on the customer's requirements

- ETO (complex CCO) design to provide product drawings and BOM to procurement, manufacturing and customer

- Supplier availability and reasonable cost and lead time for new parts

Assure 100% quality of ETO design

Involve in Order execution process to provide product on time with 100% quality

- Technical communication with customer to be sure the offers are in line with customer needs

- Change design and implement support in case of customer requirement or design mistakes

- Support project leader to execute the orders from technical point of view

Support other teams to control and implement ETO process

Technical support to other functions

- Optimize and promote historical designs of CCO and ETO to be standard cubicle offers (SCO)

- Support QVE project to reduce product cost

- Support PE to manage product database and follow product evolution in plant, to ensure evolution launch timely and a smooth switch to mass production, with minimal cost

Technical support to after-sales service and bidding

Tendering implementation with quick response and accurate quotation

- Rough design and provide quotation (including Transfer Price, Lead Time, critical parts list, necessary documentation) to direct customers according to inquiry form

- Acquire OG parts quotation and support procurement team to get IG parts quotation

- Work with Finance to define quotation rules and parameters for each cost items

Tendering history tracking and KPI measurement

Tendering implementation with quick response and accurate quotation

- Rough design and provide quotation (including Transfer Price, Lead Time, critical parts list, necessary documentation) to direct customers according to inquiry form

Bachelor degree or above in Automation and Electronics of fulltime university

Requires a minimum of 3 years working experience of design or engineering of power electronics, Multi-national company working experience is highly preferred

Good understanding of automation control methodology

Electrical or automation system design and engineering; good at E-Plan and AutoCAD. Well know about drives theory, applications and cost structure.

Fluent in English, good at problem solving, communication skills, skilful in Microsoft Office
