本职位工作地点在江苏太仓

Your Tasks
-Internal contact person for legal questions of any kind.
-Legal advise and consultation for company management
-Legal advice and control of internal and external processes.
-Contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, formalization and retention as well as review of customer-proposed terms for the following types of contracts: non-disclosure agreements, sales and purchasing agreements, sub-contracts, consulting agreements, agency and representative agreements, or other contracts.
-Administration and archiving (filing) of contracts and agreements, both in house and in accordance with

headquarters.
-Coordination of in-house legal issues with external lawyers.
-Maintenance of good relationship with relevant governmental offices.
-Arrange and conduct internal legal training
-Other assignments by supervisor

Your Profile:
-Bachelor Degree or above, major in Law/Legal relevant field
-3+ years relevant working experience, ideally in manufacturing branch
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Fluent English is a must, fluent German is plus
-Familiar with Chinese regulatory requirements.
-Independent working, pressure taking, team player.
