Job requirements:

- University degree / graduated in mechanical or automotive
-5 years working experience in manufacturing plant, at least 2 years experience in TS16949 quality system maitenance, involved in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit
- Familiar with the related quality systems such as TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001.

- Familiar with related tools, such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and Customer special QMS requirements, such as Ford Q1/GM QSB/ VW Formal Q…
- Analytic thinking
- Team work and good skills at office software

Job description:

- Take lead of TS 16949 set up and certification. Optimizing and continual improvement of quality management system.

- Coordinate internal and external system & process & product audits.

- Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.

- Implement, promote and assess effectiveness of plant-wide QMS including training for ongoing improvements.

- To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.

- Maintain the quality system and reporting.

- Conduct quality review on an on-going basis.

- Control of system document

- Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.

- Organize the corresponding suppliers annual examination including process audit and product audit.

- Other tasks that assigned by Quality Manager
