We are looking for an energetic HR professional who is passionate about the education industry to join us Recruitment Specialist in Suzhou

Objective of the Position:

Responsible for managing and conducting all recruiting activities for local and international schools in China

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify recruitment channels to source for teaching faculty and support staff for the schools

· Source for and identify suitable candidates to meet the manpower needs of the schools in a timely manner

· Plan and execute recruitment activities including job fair

· Develop job descriptions and post appropriate recruitment advertisements

· Follow through with the recruitment process to identify the best candidate and ensure that the right fit for the job at the right time

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years experience in recruitment in MNC environment

· Familiar with international and local recruitment channels

· Good knowledge of the employment market condition in China

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
