本岗位需先在上海工作4个月

1、 Safety Control 安全

-to work with production team for achieving zero-accident

-协同生产部门达到公司零事故目标

2、 Production 生产

-to work with superior for meetting customer`s requirement

-协同运营主管，满足客户要求

-to work with production team leaders for cost saving

-协同生产组长，控制车间运营成本

-to work with team members for continuous improvement

-带领生产部门进行持续改善

3、 TPM implement 设备保养

-to implement equipment maintanence plan

-落实设备保养计划

4、 Standard Process implement 标准化的实施

-to work with Quality team for maintanence and improving Production Standard process

-协同质量部门，维护并不断改善生产的标准化流程

5、 Quality Monitor

- to work with Quality team for quality activities

-和质量部门一起解决质量问题

-to work with team members for quality improvement

-领导生产部门进行质量改善

6、 Site Control 现场控制

-to work with production team leaders for monitoring 5S

-与生产组长进行现场5S的实施和维护

-to report KPI and Production cost every month

-每月汇报生产部门KPI及生产成本

基本要求 Basic background

1、3~5-year ERP Production Planning experience(SAP better)

有3~5年的生产计划经验

2、 5S experience

有现场5S经验

3、KANBAN experience

有现场KANBAN经验

4、Microsoft skill-Excel & Word

熟练操作办公软件-Excel & word

5、Basic read & write English

能阅读和写英文邮件

6、TPM experience

有机器维护保养经验

7、3~5-year on-site management experience

3~5年现场管理经验
